Radiofrequency denervation of L5 dorsal ramus, SI, S2, S3 lateral branch nerves.

Please help What would you code? 64635, 64636 states refer to 64999 for procedures that do not include destruction of the nerve such as RADIOFREQUENCY, but Medicare will not pay this unlisted code in the office or in Surgical facility!

What are your practices coding for this? Are your practices performing this procedure in the office, stand alone facility or Hospital?

Any advise would be great. :eek:
