Please help! I am new to billing for cardiology services and have been trying to bill a dobutamine stress echo in the medicare dde system but keep receiving an error saying that the code is not recognized by OPPS. I can't seem to figure out any other way of coding this. The codes I am using are as follows.

rev code: CPT/HCPCS:
0483 93351 - stress echo
0636 J1250 - dobutamine
0482 94620 - 6 min walking test(pulmonary stress testing)

Any input would be appreciated!
