The provider I work with is planning on going into a YMCA shelter and perform the following on patients that have not been seen before. My question is what is the correct way to code the E&M? Would it be a new pt preventive exam? Also what would be the appropriate POS 04?
Blood Pressure
Cholesterol
Glucose
Height
Weight
Temp
