What is the correct icd9 code for atrial mass, the only one i found was 786.6 swelling,mass or lump in chest and i'm not sure if this is the correct code.

Please help,, thank you, mq....
 
I would use 429.9 I dont know of anything else that would fit. If you look under mass in icd 9 there is not a "heart" so then you see it says for us to see "disease of the organ". So go to disease of heart and it tells you 429.9.
