Does anyone have experience credentialing with VA? This would be for a chiropractor. Is there a central credentialing office or do you just contact the nearest VA facility to the provider? Any info would be helpful.
We serve veterans through the Patient-Centered Community Care Program. We are paid by Triwest and credentialed through one of their network subcontractors.

You should contact your local Va Admin for details. I'm not sure they have credentialing but you will need to be on file in order to submit claims. Complete the FSC File Vendor Request VA10091 form found online and fax it to the central office. It usually takes 7-10 business days.
