Can anyone help me determine the CPT code for this op-report?

An arthrotomy was made via a medial parapatellar approach. There was some cloudy fluid that remained in the knee joint. A major synovectomy was performed. Hemostasis was achieved with electrocautery. During this portion of the procedure, the tourniquet was inflated to 300 mmHg for 13 minutes and then taken down. Hemostasis was achieved with electrocautery. Once the specimens of synovectomy were sent to the lab for analysis, instructions were given to the anesthesiologist to administer 1 g of Ancef (antibiotics). The knee joint was then irrigated copiously with 9 liters of antibiotic impregnated sterile saline. Aside from arthritic changes seen over the articular surface which were not unexpected there was no obvious evidence of diseased cartilage. There was no abscess formation seen. There was no obvious evidence of osteomyelitis and the bone and cartilage appeared hard when palpated. A medium Hemovac drain was placed into the knee joint and brought out to the lateral aspect of the distal thigh. The wound was closed in layers with absorbable suture and the skin reapproximated with staples. A sterile dressing was applied.

Thanks!

I would lean toward 27334 or 27335, but would have to ask the physician to clarify if he/she performed an anterior and posterior synovectomy or just one or the other.
