Hello! I'm looking for some assistance in determining MDM level for this pregnancy evaluation. No time documented.
Patient comes in for pregnancy eval and reports having a car accident and then multiple abdominal surgeries since including a draining tube on her left abdomen, gallbladder removal, and states the primary provider is thinking about inserting a feeding tube. Patient states vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, and pelvic pain within the last 7 days. Mild cramping. Urine pregnancy test positive. Ultrasound scheduled for a different day. Recommended to see primary medical provider regarding diagnosis, abdominal conditions and medications and recommended to see OB provider. Advised patient to start prenatal vitamins with folic acid.
I'd appreciate all the help!
