Help Emergency C section started in office

We had an Emergency C section started in office. After mom and baby were stablilized, they were transported to hospital by ambulance and procedure was closed and completed in OR. According to CPT guidelines, don't I code everthing from office and hospital and bill from the hospital POS?:confused:
