Wiki Help! How do you code Rural Health TeleHealth Visits?

I am billing telehealth visits for RURAL HEALTH. I cannot find any "current" guidelines stating which codes, POS and modifiers to use for Rural Health. This is a Palmetto insurance company.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

SO we are still waiting for guidance for Palmetto. We can use G0071 but this is a check in and small allowed amount.
