I am searching for a procedure code, our ASC has an opthamologist who is requesting to perform a squamous cell carcinoma lesion from the sclera by cryotherpy. I am in unfamiliar grounds and could use some help. I do find the 66130, excision of scleral lesion, by the description on the coders desk refernce, it describes snipping the lesion, no mention of any other method of destruction.
Please help
