Our physicians are doing laparoscopic tubals but not removing ovaries which helps prevent ovarian cancer. Can anyone help me with the CPT for this ? I am lost. I can only find tubals with at least one ovary removal and the others are not done laparoscopically...

58611 is used for tube(s) only, ovary(ies) only or any combination thereof. So for just removing the tubes you would still use 58611
