Help !! Lymphaticovenular Anastomosis

Hello,
I have been using an unlisted code forLymphaticovenular Anastomosis for Lymphadema and have been advised to use either 35206 > repair blood vessel direct; upper extremity or 35236 > repair blood vessel w/ vein graft upper extremity.
Just checking to how others are coding this procedure.
