I am trying to identify a CPT code from 2010, it has since been retired and I do not have a 2010 CPT book to look the code up. What I am looking for it the rotavirus, live, tetravalent vaccine, if someone has access to the 2010 book and can assist me in this I would greatly appreciate it!
 
Needed CPT Code

I looked all the way back into my 2008 CPT book. After research I did find that the code was active 01/01/1970 and inactive 05/28/2010. But it was never assigned a CPT code. I have a downloaded spread sheet showing all this information if you would like.
