Hi, I was in need of some help figuring out the proper codes for three specific surgeries.

1 and 2 level Lumbar Interbody Fusion inclusive of 22851

1 and 2 level ACDF inclusive of 22851

3 and 4 level Posterior Decompressive Cervical Fusion
