I work for a Neurosurgical practice and need some help. One of my doctors took out a rickham resevoir...can I charge for that? if so, what code??Thanks for any help!

ICD procedure code: 02.43- removal ventricular shunt.
CPT: 62256- removal complete cerebrospinal fluid shunt system, without replacement. Or if peritoneal end only: ICD 54.95 incision peritoneum & 97.82 removal peritoneal drainage device. CPT: 49429 removal peritoneal-venous shunt.
