How would you code the following:

1. Orbital artherectomy using 1.25 mm burr in the proximal mid right coronary artery.
2. Angioplasty of the proximal mid and distal right coronary artery
3. Stent of the proximal right coronary artery with 2.75/38 mm Xience Alpine Everolimus drug-eluting stent.
4. Stenting of the mid right coronary artery with a 2.5/38 mm Xience Alpine Everolimus drug-eluting stent of the distal right coronary artery with a 2.25/23 mm Xience Alpine Everolimus drug-eluting stent.

92933, RC and 92934 RC or 92928, RC, 92929, RC and 92933 RC or neither
 
Hello,

I would code this with 92933-RC (proximal, mid and distal doesn't matter in coronary stenting) - this is atherectomy and stent with or without angioplasty. If a NSTEMI or STEMI is involved then you use 92941-RC.
