Wiki Help!!! New to spine coding

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this coding scenario for me. I'm fairly new to spine coding, although I've been coding in ortho for 13 years. Here's the scenario:

Posterior Lumbar Decompression & Stabiliztion/fusion:

Fusion @ L2-3
Decompression/lami @ L2-3 & L3-4

What stumps me is when there's no fusion @ L3-4 (only L2-3). I've attached the report too. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

My coding would be: One level of PSF is 22612 with 22842 for the instrumentation (looks like 4 segments). The decompressions, per segment, would be 63047, 63048 x2. Then the auto/allografts 20936/20930 (dont bill to medicare products)
