We had a patient that came to our ER with a small arterial bleed at fistula site. The patient had the surgery 1 week prior to this in another facility. A general surgeon came to the ER and did a Figure of eight ligation X 2 of small arterial bleed at the fistula site. The patient was never taken to the OR. Any suggestions on the correct CPT code?
