I am in hopes that possibly someone can help me in this forum. I am not sure why there is not a neurology forum but here goes :)

I work in an outpatient speciality hospital based and my MA does a Mini Mental Exam on patients. Does anyone know if this is included in the actual visit or if it is something I could bill for under a nurse visit, which brings me to another question and that is whether a facility charge can be done under a medical assistant.
