Physician did a laparoscopic right hemicolectomy with ileocolic anastomosis, laparoscopic low anterior resection with colorectal anastomosis, splenic flexure mobilization, fluoroscopic angiographic evaluation with ICG and loop ileostomy. Need help with CPT codes. When I run them through supercoder it states that you cannot bill the right hemi and LAR together. Please advise. Thanks.
