The question reads, "Ventricular angiography cardiac catheterization imaging services, interpretation, and report."

And they have that the answer is 93452: Left heart catheterization including intraprocedural injection(s) for left ventriculography, imaging supervisor, and interpretation when performed.

Why? There is no mention of left ventriculography. Is the answer key wrong here or am I missing something? What do you get?

There is no mention of coronary angiography. So all that was done was a catheter was placed in the left ventricle and pressures were taken, and/or the LC gram was performed. That's how you get 93452. 93458 is the coronary arteries were imaged along with LVEDP recorded or ventriculogram was performed.
