Total Vaginal hysterectomy
Enterocele repair
Bilateral sacral spinous fixation
Posterior repair

Findings: third degree uterine prolapse with a minimal cystocele, third degree rectocele and enterocele.

I'm looking at codes...

58263
57282 or 57280
57250 or 45560

Any input??
 
58280 includes a vaginectomy. There was no vaginectomy in this case so I still think 58263 is most appropriate.
My concern is the coding for the bilateral sacral spinous fixation and posterior repair
