My doctor removed an IUD that was encased in the omentum towards the left of the uterus. The IUD was wrapped around the omentum. This was removed through a Laparoscopy. We are looking at using code 58578, but I do not know what price to put on this code as it is an unlisted procedure. Is there anyone who has used this code before. Or would you sugguest another code for this? Any help would be appreciated. :eek:
