Wiki HELP PLEASE!!! Osteophyte removal, c3-c6

Good morning everyone,

My doc is saying he did an osteophyte removal from c3-c6.. but not an osteotomy- no portion of the vertebral body was removed. Any suggestions on a code for this? Would one of the 22100 series codes work?
