I need help! I am trying to figure out which code is appropriate:
We seem to have a few patients who are either trying to become a school bus driver or is already driving school bus and I'm not sure which code is appropriate.
Scenario: Established patient in for a work physical for a school bus driver.
So, do I use V70.5 which is a Health examination of defined subpopulations for "occupational health examinations" or should I be using V70.3 which is Other medical examinations for administrative purposes for "driving license"?
I want to say it's V70.5 because this person does not seem to be applying for a new license. Any help would be appreciated!
