Can someone help me with the last two codes? I was using 701.8 for number 2 but it's wrong.

1:Bilateral upper eyelid dermatochalasis, 374.87
2:right brow ptosis,
3:bilateral lower eyelid laxity and fat protrusion of all four eyelids

I think 374.30 is for ptosis, since eyebrow is not listed as a specified site i bill as unspecified code. let me know if this help.;)
