We are caring for a resident.. doing aftercare for a resident who is s/p 3rd revision following replacement 35 yrs ago. How can I code this? Do I code it as V54.81 aftercare following joint replacement... even if the replacement was 35 years ago? I think I would use V54.81 and V43.64...
