Wiki help pls re 17000-1711- and biopsies

suddenly with the new changes my claims are trying to bundle 17110 with 17000 and/or 11102. ive always billed destruction and biopsies on same day- utilizing 59 modifier on the biopsy but they are trying to bundle all these codes regardless of the 59 modifier. did something change that i missed? going a little cray cray here
 
It may be an issue with your modifiers; that being said some health plans will also deny based on claim editing software even when modifiers are correct.

Your -59 modifier will differ depending on which codes; for example:

11102
17000-59

11102-59
17110

11102-59
17000-59
17110

We utilize DermCoder which is a great way to check CCI edits in regards to dermatology specific codes.
