I am stuck with no clue how t code this situation.....


Thrombocytopenia associated with pregnancy, possible chronic ITP. She is now over six weeks post delivery.

As a hematology clinic we were only seeing her for this particular issue. Now she came in for her final check up after having the baby. The code I find is 099.113....however that is only for use during the peurpeium. How do I code this???
