This question is in reference to CPT 94664. CCI edits states its inclusive to 94060, you may use a modifier etc.
The providers documentation shows that they did provide the service of explaining the use of a spacer to child and mom (per office this takes about 20 min), my question is, would this scenario qualify 94664 with a mod 59?
