Hi "Perkins"
I'm a CHONC so.. this pt has a port a cath I assume, in his belly? Haven't heard of that but you can use 96523 as the flush with a V code of V58.81 as primary dx, with his medical dx as secondary-as long as that's the only thing he's coming in for. If he's to receive any chemo along with the flush, then no, cannot be picked up.
