We have patients who are seen by a team through Telehealth. An MD, nutritionist, social worker and a nurse for diabetes education.

Through Telehealth I know I can code:

E/M code
97802/97803

But is there a code I can use for the social worker or nurse educator?

Any help would be appreciated.
