Hello,

I work in a busy Nephrology Group and we are in the middle of an audit (RAC audits) and we have had so many that we have hired an outside firm to do an audit of our charges for the past 2 years. one of the physicians has asked me to look into how we set up a plan in place moving forward to do quarterly audits of 5% of our charges to make sure that we are doing the right things. If anyone would have some guidance, sites, directions or insight on this, it would be much appreciated.
