Wiki Help!! student taking CPC exam in July!!

I have a student taking the CPC exam this July. She has a page completely ripped out of her CPT book. When I took the exam...back in 2002, proctors shook the books making sure nothing fell out. In her case, a page from the index would fall out. There is no way that I know of that she can affix it i.e. staple, tape etc...

Will this be a problem????
