Help! Sunshine Health denied claims for Medicaid # missing

I need help with Sunshine Health billing. I filed some claims for the first time on Sunshine Health Provider Portal. In order to file a claim, you must look up the member with their name and birthdate. Then it pulls up the member and I proceeded to file the claim with all the correct info. My claims got denied ( MA- Medicaid # missing or not on file) I don’t understand because the program is the one who pulls the info from the patient I selected. There isn’t any other place to enter the Medicaid #. At least not that I am seeing. If anyone has any info that could possibly help me, it would be greatly appreciated! The contact person at Sunshine only sent me a PowerPoint on how to file claims but doesn’t say how to correct this specific issue! Help please!!!
