Confused about modifiers ....My provider performed a open RU lobectomy and a rt lower lobe wedge resection. I thought I could bill for both, however, I keep getting CCI conflicts regardless of the modifier I use for the lobectomy and wedge resection. I was thinking 32480 with 32505-59? Even with a -51 mod. on 32505 I get CCI conflict alerts. Stumped... He also performed a muscle flap (intercostal) 15734, mediastinal lymph node dissection 38746, CVC and arterial line, bronchoscopy.
Does anyone have experience with these two codes and how to list them? Is 32505 not billable?
