How would you code the following please?
cystoscopy with left retrograde pyelogram,
left ureteral biopsy,
left ureteral barbotage for cytology,
left diagnostic ureteroscopy. and
left ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy of stones

Check in your CPT book, or online coder, and then review the codes against CCI edits for compliance. Cannot code a service without review of documentation to support the services.
