If you are looking at coding those two codes together you would code 44125 44310-59. However, can you justify modifier -59 showing separate and distinct? I'm assuming dr did a loop ileostomy and resection with a ileostomy further down. If so, appeal, send in OpNote and show separate and distinct.
Remember, enterostomy is the same as an Ileostomy or jejunostomy.
