I need help coding this one. Our physician had a pt. with a breast seroma. It was very small and did not require a catheter. He placed a needle under US guidance and drained the fluid and then injected doxycyline mixture into it and removed needle and discharged patient. No fluid was sent to cyto. The guidance would be 76942, but would I be using 19000 for the drainage and the sclerosing? I am not sure if there is another charge for the breast sclerosing with meds. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
