hello everyone,

Can some one please tell me if 58670 is billable w/ mod 80/82 for ass surg???
The ins company tells me that BTL does not require ass surg.
I think I allready asked this before but I cant find the post. (sorry)
Also, can someone tell me where I can see the rulling in the book so I dont keep asking the same dumb questions.
