Hi,
Ive already posted this query, but I think perhaps I didnot make question clear. My question is on of our docs did an LTC and at the same time her encountered bilateal paratubal cysts which he excised procedures done laparoscopically, I coded 58670 and 58662, the physician office coded 58670 49203 what do you think?
