I cannot find a code for Redo L posterior fossa craniotomy w exploration of the Left 7th cranial nerve for re padding of the vertebral and or basilar artery away from the dorsal root entry zone of the nerve . The dx code is - left hemifacial spasm- G51.39

61510 for the crani but cannot find a code for the exploration of the cranial nerve. 647**?
