How would you code - my question is do we charge for the both administration of the calcium and mag?

calcium gluconate/magnesium IVPB (separate bags) 1400-1435
Benadryl IVP 1505-1509
Zofran + Decadron IVPB 1440-1500
Oxaliplatin IVPB 1515-1720
Avastin 1728-1830
Calcium gluconate/Magnesium IVPB (separate bags) 1835-1915
 
I would code the calcium and mag as 96367 x1, 96366 x1 & 96368 x1. You would lose out on the second hour infusion of one of the drugs, but you can bill for the additional hour & the concurrent hour of administration. You definitely offered a difficult coding situation. I hope this helps some. Good luck!
