The physician I work for just did a cerivcal cuff repair.
Pt had a TLH 4 mo ago and had intercourse for the first time and had a tear.
Should I bill as a Disruption of wound 998.30 or as Injury to pelvic organs unspecified pelvic organ, w/o mention of open wound into cavity 867.8
