Wiki help with 58100 when dilation is performed

My doctor has asked how to bill this procedure when dilation is involved. Patient present for endometrial biopsy and physician needs to dilate to retrieve sample. 58100 is Endometrial sampling(biopsy) with or without endocervical sampling (biopsy), without cervical dilation, any method (separate procedure). Any thought on coding this with the dilation...thanks
