When looking at the medical records for a YAG Capsulotomy, I've noticed that the nurses aren't always notating that the patient had previous cataract surgery. My thought is that it should be notated every time since the patient would not be having this procedure unless they had cataract surgery. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you!
