Hello,
I work in a pediatric office that offers the post partum depression screening to the mother at 1, 2, and 4 months. We were billing the 99420 for this, but effective 1/1/17 we are using the 96161. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we should be billing this code? Currently we are billing the E&M with the 25 modifier; no modifier on the 96161.
