One of our Doctors performed the following:
11642 excision malignant lesion 1.1-2.0cm
15630 delay of flap or sectioning flap
21235 graft ear cartilage

Now she wants to bring the patient back and perform what she is referring to as "flap debulking. She said she would use code 14060 but is not sure what else to code.
Can Anyone help with this?
