Help! if anyone can. My physician did an Emergent cardiopulmonary bypass and systemically warming via the right femoral artery and vein for a patient that came in with hypothermia and cardiopulmonary arrest. What code do I use? I can't seem to find it and this is the first time in the 4 years I have been billing for them that this has ever come up. NO CABG was performed just placed on bypass and fluids to warm the patient.
