Wiki help with a knee revision

The doc did a total knee revision and during the surgery he found an avulsion fracture of the medial femoral condyle. He went on to perform an open reduction, internal fixation of the medial femoral condyle during the total knee revision. Can I code 27487 and 27514-59? Thanks for the help!!

They are bundled as inclusive, a mod-59 would not be allowed since you describing work that was performed in the same incision at the same anatomic site.
